Great product, sorry for the long review, advice.

I am familiar with this type of band-aid and would recommend anyone unfamiliar with it to try it as soon as possible right after a cut or injury, so basically don't want to cover an already formed scab, I took a hot bath myself to loosen the scab so I can use one of these patches. If you want to use Neosporin, use it with a different type of patch and when you are ready to switch to that type of patch, make sure there is almost no scab left, as I recommended. A bactine type cleanser that leaves no residue or cream is perfect, and just so you know, this patch stays on the skin for days, even a week or more. Of course depending on how well it fits, where it is placed and what shape and size of patches you use. To be eaten within 12-24 hours. The white swelling that starts in the middle of the patch is good so please don't worry it should happen which will tell you the patch is working. I think everything else you'll just have to learn for yourself while using it, but yeah my biggest advice is to use it as soon as possible after an injury and don't use spot cream and most importantly you just want the band -aid stick on as best you can and then leave it alone and the same goes for removing it, you just want to leave it alone and it will come off on its own in either the shower or bath. You might have one of those sticky band-aid outlines that you might need to wipe off very quickly with a washcloth and soap. Also, if necessary, you can replace the patch with another or regular patch. If you are using a regular patch at this time, you can use Neosporin without any problems.
