I've owned a variety of cheap and mid-range butane lighters, from free made-to-order cigars to the regular jetline style lighter. After a few weeks or months I almost always end up with a crappy lighter that stops working properly, uses fuel like crazy, or doesn't fill very easily. However, this lighter is an instant champion. Looks and feels like a $40 lighter. It's heavy, doesn't look cheap, all metal. It fills up easily and comfortably. I've had it for a few months now and it glows perfectly every time. It even went through the washer and dryer and worked like new (now clean and shiny again). The thing has no problem. Considering the quality and performance of lighters that double or triple the price, you're getting way more than your money's worth with this lighter. I would happily buy one of these every month or two and have never had a problem with missing or broken lighters in my life.
