One of the pieces broke, I sent an email and they never replied. I called more than 3 times but they always said "out of hours". I left a message but I don't know if they never called me or I didn't reply. I sent a message to their site and nothing. In the end I decided on a cage. I put lots of tape on the broken part and prepared the cage. A few days later, the hamster tore the tape and cut himself. We went to the vet and now he's on antibiotics. I wasn't mad at the broken piece, the problem was they never got back to me. And it was a mistake to use such a cage. I was going to buy another cage for my other hamster but now I don't want one anymore.
