My daughter loves this cage and watches the flower on the wheel. She has a dwarf hamster and he has no problems with the wheel. We had to take the gray second tier out of the cage because the hamster didn't know how to get food and water. We also had to replace the water bottle because the hamster couldn't get water, the ball got stuck.

I love how spacious it is. I love decor and I love that it has a second level and so many things related to it. But like I said my two hamsters have been running away every night since we got it. The whole part of the tunnel connector pops out so easily. I had to close it. Otherwise it's a pretty cage. But I wish it was better built.

The water bottle didn't stay on because it's full of water, it slips through the mount but I attached a rubber band to it to keep it in place. The house was very small for a hamster, I recommend it for a dwarf hamster. The stairs to the 2nd floor kept falling down, so the hamster didn't use that space. Everything else was good and it's a good size for a single hamster.

We are very happy with the size of the cage. We didn't use all the accessories because I wanted our hamster to have more space. We used duct tape (designed for decoration) to secure the yellow cabinet in place. The water bottle holder didn't hold the bottle (slides) so I used the wire spool holder from our previous cage. The instructions were vague but we are happy with the cage and it was good value for money. Much better than our last cage!

One of the pieces broke, I sent an email and they never replied. I called more than 3 times but they always said "out of hours". I left a message but I don't know if they never called me or I didn't reply. I sent a message to their site and nothing. In the end I decided on a cage. I put lots of tape on the broken part and prepared the cage. A few days later, the hamster tore the tape and cut himself. We went to the vet and now he's on antibiotics. I wasn't mad at the broken piece, the problem…

The acrylic shelf is broken on one side and cracked on the other. I fixed it, I have mice, their weight won't hurt the shelf much unlike a hamster so beware of that part but my girls love it. I mean they are basically free to roam the cage already, it's just a second home for them lol. The cage is cute decorative, comes with cute accessories and is really great for the price, the size is good as long as your kids can play outside enough!
