This camera works well, doesn't suffer from the autofocus issues of some of the others I've tried (especially with a somewhat reflective surface behind me) and works well overall . This product suffers from a VERY weak mount that cannot withstand its own cable - you can rotate the camera to mount it, but it is so loose that it drifts (sometimes A LOT) due to the cable and its loose fit. There is no adjustment for this (no screw to tighten, etc.). Using the light on is pretty annoying - its state (on-white/on-warm/off) is toggled by touching the ring, which you'll do every time you try to position the camera, as they'll shift again Has. The LEDs themselves, even at full brightness, don't produce enough light to frame a face about 18 inches away in a darkened room. Overall - video quality ok for conferencing but suffers as the plastic for the swivel mount is a few cents too loose and the LEDs should be brighter (note: you have to hold and touch the ring to make them brighter)
