I love how easy it was for my team members to use, as well as for me to keep up with all our social media channels. It's not always available online. However, when you do have access, there are so many different features! From creating campaigns, tracking responses, to managing your content calendar - it really covers everything. The best part about this program? You can set alerts for certain keywords or hashtags, which comes in handy if you don't want to be searching through every single platform/account periodically. We've been able to see what posts get the most engagement, and we're also seeing who responds more frequently than others, giving us an idea of the people that should receive priority communication from other brands about their products & services.
