Unfortunately, this affects the rating of the supplier, since the supplier fulfilled the promise on time and according to the agreement, the problem lies in the manufacturer's claims. The seller might talk to the manufacturer about it, put a warning in their post, or even withdraw that super-expensive two-port switch from sale. What's wrong with these misleading messages? Once I get a response from Trip Lite on how they intend to deal with this, I will inform the seller that the 15% restocking and shipping fee should not be borne by me or the seller, but by Trip Lite.
