to hold the front springs on my 2003 F250 Super Duty when using a snow blower. The ad says it will support the plow and maintain original ride when there is no air in the airlift units. NOT CORRECT. The prop with the plow engaged is fine, but now I can't drive my truck without taking a hard hit to my back (which I'll admit was shot through). I had a cheap version that worked well but was told this LoadLifter was superior to 500 [company ads] so I figured it would be best to keep my 14 year old truck as it is one of the best vehicles to drive is. I was in it (on my back). Well, now I can only drive my truck when the plow is on because the hard road bumps go right into the truck's frame/suspension. That inner flip bumper is too high and doesn't provide the original great ride (judging by my back) of a properly sprung truck. It's solid from the frame to the leaf spring, with no play for spring action. As if you were driving without a spring. The 5000 forklift took my truck away from me. Not cheap and expensive to hire a mechanic to install!
