Not quite what I wanted, but mostly okay.

Has pros:
Seemingly reliable
you can zoom in / out, turn right / left, turn the TV horizontally / vertically
Cons:
popping plugs
The angle of inclination changes VERY slightly (((
it turns out that the TV must be mounted so that it is immediately at the desired height
