Slow performance is good for computers and accessories

This tablet looks exactly like the pictures but its performance is terrible. I bought this for my son and he plays roblox and watches videos. Roblox game completely freezes. Normal operation is buggy and figs. This tablet has inferior functionality to the $50 tablets you can buy. I am very disappointed and would really like an explanation and correction if possible.
