Received the bag quickly and well packaged. I really like all the features of the bag, especially the very spacious back pocket that takes up the entire back of the bag. There is enough space for my digital camera and an extra sweater. It has a good selection of pockets with solid zips. The back straps slip a little loosely, but I have a solution for that. However, I sent it back because the color didn't match what was shown on the website. The name "olive green" reflected the color of light khaki with a slight green tinge. The bag actually arrived dark olive (army) green. I included a photo of the bag I received against an ivory background and l. brown background, so the olive color is very accurate. Still pretty, but not my color choice. I sent the bag back but ordered a new one in blue. Seems to be the perfect combination of size and amenities for our trip to England in May.
