More of a gloss for my opinion
This product is very moisturizing and sits nicely on top of other products. I would definitely say the consistency is more of a thick gloss than a balm, but it’s not sticky.
- This is an old cheep standby and it is still great. Love the color and hydration
- Insanely sticky, hard to squeeze and barely any color comes out, just a lot of clear gloss.
