Part of the clear plastic cover has a defect that distorts the license plate. Some of it wasn't 100% clear. Okay, I'll just take the frame and that's it. nope The frame is the thinnest junk I've ever had. You might as well cut out a frame from black construction paper and glue it on instead. If you still want to buy it, it's your decision. I recommend if you do this not remove it from the shipping envelope, just throw it in the trash.
