The app is very easy for both end user (hotel) as well customer which makes it more convenient than other apps available in market today! I don't have anything negative about this tool so far since its been great experience using their services thusfar!! Highly recommended if you are looking into an all-inclusive solution that will help boost revenue of hotels/businesses while providing seamless guest experiences across multiple channels including web & mobile platforms. We use ROOMSCOPE with our guests who want access 24 hours during stay via smartphone / tablet devices without having them login through website first - they can view availability instantly from anywhere within minutes!!
