I bought this cable specifically for use with a 1080p webcam, but for some reason my webcam and computer didn't like each other very much because of this cable. So I went to the store and bought another cable and - what do you know - it worked great. I don't know why this cable didn't suit me - maybe it's suitable for less intensive data transfer tasks? It's weird, it's not like it didn't connect at all, but something about it just didn't work right with my devices. I can't say I recommend this product based on my experience. It's also a bit heavier and less flexible than I expected.
