Great extension cord and customer service but does NOT work with webcam

I bought this cable to work with the following webcam: ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 I received a message from the seller when it didn't work , which explains that "the power required by the webcam is too high". I've seen other reviews from people using it with a webcam, so I get it. Is this obviously the type of webcam I have? I'm not sure. Wanted to write a review so others know this is not a cable for this webcam but it is a great cable and the customer service is great.

Robust cable to USB cable

Very resistant, thick cable, slightly resistant to bending. I like the fact that it's USB 3.0. Indicates that the signal does not interfere. I use it as a bridge extension on a Wyze V2 camera. The camera is on one side of the metal door and the bridge is now 12 feet away on the other side, greatly increasing the signal for my contact sensor. The other two sensors were not orphaned by this step. The overhead garage sensor went from 3 bars to 2 bars, the conservatory door stayed at 3 bars and the

Decent quality USB 3.0 cable

My computer sits on the floor a few feet from my desk so I needed this cable to connect the computer to the speakers on the monitor to extend. That works fine. The connections at either end feel solid, but not too tight, and the sound is accurate as far as I can tell. My only complaint has to do with the stiffness of the cable: it's this mid-range material that's flexible but wants to hold on. into its original folded shape until flattened for a while. Relatively minor complaint.

Didn't work for my purposes.

I bought this cable specifically for use with a 1080p webcam, but for some reason my webcam and computer didn't like each other very much because of this cable. So I went to the store and bought another cable and - what do you know - it worked great. I don't know why this cable didn't suit me - maybe it's suitable for less intensive data transfer tasks? It's weird, it's not like it didn't connect at all, but something about it just didn't work right with my devices. I can't say I recommend this
