I know they don't make these anymore so they are old. I have 20 year old cassettes that work better. Maybe they were stored in a hot warehouse and mine was in the air conditioner. They have never been used before, but were probably made a very long time ago. However, it's good to have a few unused tapes to clear your head. With the constant use of old tapes, they spoil heads. I bought 4 packs and they all work so I recommend buying 4 packs. I noticed that this is the default variant and my old tapes are premium so the old ones might still work. It's ok, but not what it used to be. Since I use mine to record daily soap operas, it doesn't bother me.
