Goody has ZERO customer service

UPDATE: Goody's customer service is terrible. I emailed them about an old product I bought years ago to see if it was available. I sent an email on July 10th. This morning July 27th I received an automated reply email with the ticket number, with no reply I emailed them again. I did exactly that, this time I got a reply after 17 days. ZERO customer service! Their response was that it is no longer available and that most of their products are available on Walmart.com and Revain. So it took 17 days and 2 emails to get a response from Goody. No wonder they can't sell their products directly like they've been doing for years. VERY pathetic in my opinion Original Review: I've been buying these combs since the 70's. I always buy them in black. There was no color choice in this listing but I bought it anyway. I received it in grey. Not bad, but my choice is black. They used to be called Bush Combs. Some of my We brands are Goody. They were of decent quality. I don't know what happened but they don't seem to be as good as they used to be. I bought this particular comb because I couldn't find it in a larger size. The price of $6 seems a little high for what you get. I used to be able to get a larger size for about a dollar. I know it was 50 years ago. I wouldn't mind $6 if the quality was there and it was a big comb. And I'll end up there. After receiving this comb, I emailed Goody. I NEVER got an answer. I would say their customer service is lacking.
