I have never had any trouble installing HP inks in my printer but this brand has left me completely disappointed. First, the cartridges seem difficult to insert and leak. I've taken them out and reinstalled them a couple of times and the printer kept cutting, there was a problem with them and it didn't even recognize them as full and said empty even if they had ink in them. I know because they leaked. Just got back from a store with the correct HP inks and they came in as usual and printed fine so it wasn't a printer problem.
