Pros: Great price. It's a pleasure to assemble - thoughtful design of tongue/elastic. Convenient feeding hole on the lid - we put water bowls underneath and now you don't have to lift the lid to fill them. The hygrometer is a nice touch (hint: you can buy these cheap little hygrometers by the dozen when you need to replace them - typically around 80% of them are accurate). Pull the tabs on the lid to keep it closed - very useful for escape artists like T. Crystal clear and beautiful design. This is ideal for invertebrates like our tarantulas. Protection from pets outside of their tank (like cats), this probably won't work. The same goes for anything that will have a hard time escaping. Probably not waterproof, although spraying/splashing extra water into the substrate is fine and doesn't seem to let moisture through the seams. No locking option without piercing/drilling additional holes - just slide tabs to keep it closed.
