I bought this webcam at the end of May 2020. I didn't bother to connect to my computer until this week (11/2/2020). My computer recognized the new hardware and Win 10 completed the installation and said it was ready to use. The camera did not work after several attempts. Then I tried it on my wife's computer with the same result. So I can't rate the webcam's performance, but I can only commend the seller (Nice Baby). Well past Revain's 30 day return window, the seller went out of their way to refund my purchase. You weren't obligated to do so under the terms of the purchase, but you chose to do the right thing. Thank you sweet baby, you are doing great.
