I had high hopes for previous Soundblaster products but this one didn't live up to them. I have both Xbox Series X and PS5, other reviewers are right, this deck is very buggy. Often the volume gets cut off and doesn't come back, forcing me to restart my deck, console, or TV. In other cases, the preset will not load or sfxi will not work properly. Also, my mic accidentally gets muted, forcing me to start the deck again. Also make sure your phone supports sfxi before buying (my akg 712 pro wasn't). If I try to change the presets while switching games, the bluetooth turns off and the deck freezes. It feels like the hardware is really slow at times and it takes a little while to catch up. If your TV doesn't have SPIF passthrough, you'll need to buy an adapter for that, and most adapters don't currently support 120Hz refresh rates. All in all, between the apps you need to download and the endless bugs, I can't fault this product that you come across, do not recommend. Hopefully the Creative Labs will release a bug fix or firmware at some point since this device only came out a few months ago.
