These Integra Boost moisture control pouches are designed to keep tobacco and other products at a constant level of freshness. I used to use 62% which is a higher water content at 69% which can be too high for products prone to fungus or mould. I would make sure your materials are sufficiently dry or cured before using them at 69%. The 8 gram pack is suitable for a liter jar of herbs or tobacco. They are judged by where they stand elsewhere. I love the simple color-changing paper tab that you keep in the jar so you know when Boost is triggered.
