This is perfect for my needs, but I agree with what previous reviews say. This would not be waterproof. I think splash resistant for sure though. I would give 5 stars if it were sealed and assembled better. There are just some thin gaskets around the switches. I got this to add additional lights and whips on my side by side. It is in a very solid aluminum enclosure held with self tapping screws as opposed to machine screws. I'll mount under the dash instead of having to cut more holes for switches. Definately works for what I needed.
