First of all, customer service tells you a lot about the company and the product. With all the options available from many companies, and after reading the reviews already posted, I thought I'd call customer service to help me decide what to look for in a backup camera. Joanna (customer service) did not automatically select and sell her product to me. Joanna (best. If you call, ask her!) took the time to answer my questions. She provided answers and then suggested some cameras that would suit my needs. I chose this camera which is AMAZING! It exceeds my expectations for everything I was looking for. It also has great reviews on YouTube. Joanna's attention to my questions was a turning point. I suppose if I ever get into trouble I'll ask her. I know I keep promoting Joanne but she has helped me in so many ways and deserves credit for being amazing. Thanks Joanne!
