I'll say right away that I never write reviews, even the worst ones! Because I honestly forgot. But today I am taking the time to do this because I had such a bad experience with these balloons! First of all I bought this set for a holiday sign and in the end the letter H was missing (which I needed). Instead they sent me two Cs. I ended up having to create an H out of Fs and Ls by cutting and gluing them together to make the letter. Then some of them started making hoarse noises. I realized that 2 or 3 of these were sanitized. I was upset, but there's nothing wrong with what's going on. I figured they didn't have time to send me new balloons so I touched them and glued the little air holes AGAIN and tried. Or fill with air. Then I took them outside to create a balloon banner. and within MINUTES. I can't stress this enough. PROTOCOL. In the end, they fell out one by one. About 5 or 6 showed up before I decided to just stop everything and give up. I ended up with a simple white party umbrella and decorated it with party balloons. For reference, I bought all kinds of balloons and took them outside with no problem. garlands, bows, birthday letters and figurines. Every now and then one bursts from the heat, but I've NEVER seen so many balloons burst in a row. Remember they were surrounded by OTHER balloons we bought from party town that did NOT pop. So if you are planning to use these balloons outdoors. don't take it Unfortunately, these are not quality balls.
