Although I've been an MFT user since the beginning, it took me a while to really believe it. In combination with more functional bodies, the lenses played a crucial role. Optically, I found the Leica 42.5mm to be an excellent lens. Maybe the build quality doesn't live up to the M lenses I have, but optically it's a Leica - general specs, colour, micro-contrast. On top of that, thanks to Panasonic electronics, we get fast focusing and optical image stabilization, not very typical of F1.2 lenses. The lens is definitely larger than most MFT lenses. Especially compared to the native Panasonic 42.5 F1.7, the Leica is simply huge.
