Worked great. Until they ran out

I bought them for kayaking it was cold so I packed my insulated waterproof shoes. They worked great the first day it rained. However, on the second day when I put them on, one of them stretched and broke because the shoes were wide. Bad product, this is a size chart, I ordered a pair of a size 9 as my shoes were wide when ordered an 11.
