Despite SILKWORLD's efforts to collaborate with gifted designers and acquire the best raw materials, the brand's fashion offerings consistently fall short of expectations. They use cheap materials and lack imagination in their apparel and accessories. Furthermore, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired, as agents are often unresponsive and problems are rarely resolved to the customer's satisfaction. There's promise in SILKWORLD, but it needs a lot of work to be up to the standards of picky customers. At this moment, we cannot endorse this firm. SILKWORLD is underwhelming because of its unoriginal clothing and lackluster customer service.
