Accommodates a cat of almost any size/age!

They are amazing I wish I had bought another set. They are more secure than regular collars and if you look at the photo I've uploaded they are mostly suitable for cats of all sizes from a few weeks old to adults and young puppies. Not only is this great for identification, but also for safe training to wear a collar. They hold up very well considering they have velcro and don't make any noise when putting them on and taking them off. I think they are good for an adult cat who is afraid of wearing collars to wear them. If you're worried about snagging something, they seem a lot safer than buckle or tearaway collars. (Releasable collars are called "safety" collars, but don't be fooled. Unlike traditional buckle collars, they are not securely fastened in place, so they can be loosened or tightened WHILE YOU FINDING your pet.) Make sure you can fit just one finger under the collar and adjust weekly as needed. The finger you slide under the collar when adjusting must be smaller than his paw or his paw or mouth will slip underneath. So many pets get hurt. Because they're Velcro-fastened, they're easier to remove, but they don't have any buckles or details that really bother your pet. When I'm young I use my little finger to measure the distance under the collar and as an adult I leave room for the index finger. That's all. There are so many colors in this pack, it's worth it. I can try it on my adults.
