My horses mane and tail look great

I have a beautiful Irish Cob with a long flowing mane and feathers and a very bushy long tail. I diluted it 50/50 with water and put it in a spray bottle (it doesn't say remove but that's what I figured). His mane needs a lot of work (in the US they are called Gypsy Vanners, check them out and you will see how much care their mane and tail need) and that makes him shiny and beautiful.
