I was hoping this would be a good replacement for a model I can't find anymore. I use them on a concrete sealed floor to allow air to move under expensive cars to keep moisture from seeping through. Reading the reviews they said they give good air movement. I wasn't impressed with the air movement. At best, the average among comparable models. The real problem is that they are so cheap and light that they don't stick to the ground you walk on. I bought two of these and the first one, when I turn it on, is so unbalanced that it literally just walks on the floor, not to mention it makes a bunch of noise from vibrating so much. I had to brick it over to hold it in place. They're so cheap and light that even rubber feet can't keep them in place. Not impressed. I have a similar floor fan, can't find the exact model I was hoping to find anywhere, but it's much better built, heavier and stays in place. I didn't even open the other one. Returned!
