Review on 🔌 Extractor Splitter Converter for Chromecast with LinkS by Troy Gerhardt

Everything is easy enough to connect, but once connected I have no output from the firestick. Please note that I have checked every single part for performance. 1) The HDMI cable has been tested to connect a laptop to a TV with audio. 2) The Firestick has been used on the same HDMI port of the TV and tested and shown to work correctly. 3) This device has been tested as a backhaul between my laptop's current HDMI monitor connection and my laptop with no issues. Conclusion: The device cannot control the communication between Firestick and TV. The audio test failed because the device is not working as intended. The device above was for an earlier version. After testing the replacement device, I had no problems. The ease of installation remains the same, but the quality of the product has improved. A minor note is that the standard audio-out has been replaced with a single 3.5mm jack and converter cable, although I suppose this should allow for a smaller, slimmer device. In my own testing, this didn't affect the sound quality in any way. The included HDMI cable is of good quality and long enough for a standard TV setup. All in all, the replacement device meets my own requirements quite well.
