I received this bottle when I was planning to climb Mount Rainer. I already had one that I used sparingly, but for this trip I needed 2 x 32 oz. So I got that extra. For mountaineering I need the following: - A large mouth so that you can still drink from it even if it gets a bit cold. Also easier to clean. - Used to keep the sleeping bag warm after filling with hot water. - Obviously BPA free. - No leakage as I have to put this in my backpack. In general, it meets all of the criteria listed below. The water at the top was 50% frozen, but I was still able to use it with no problems. These bottles are durable, I even kept them in my backpack during the flight. No problem. Marking can be helpful if you want to break it down. We took 5 breaks from Muir Camp to the summit and I was able to manage the intake of 64 ounces, trying to drink the appropriate amount based on the label. I also didn't feel any difference in taste when I kept the water longer. I'll let you know if I find any additional features or bugs. ** If you find my review helpful, please click Yes in the Useful section. Encourages me to share experiences with the community**
