Incredible value for money. Got this when I saw it being used with the Note 8 I have. I got it a week ago and my phone has been updated to Android 9 and wow it has really opened up all the possibilities that this can offer. Before the update, it was mirroring my screen and it was amazing, I could play games on the TV with the Xbox controller. The next day my phone was updated and I went to brag to my son and when I connected the TV to the living room Dex Desktop launched and turned my phone into a desktop so you can use it like a computer. I have attached photos to show both versions and today I tried to find a setting for something else on my phone and this gives you the option to choose which version is mirrored or dex. I said all of that to basically say this is the best $20 I've ever spent. Not sure if the Dex aspect works on other Samsung phones but mine has it and I thought I'd share it.
