Extremely difficult to use, once you get the hang of it you will get great results. Unfortunately, it took me 5 hours to do this! I would have preferred slightly larger or medium sized reels and someone to help me lol! I didn't have to sit under the dryer or even sleep in it. By the time I was done I had cleaned and checked a few poles a bit and to my great surprise they were installed. I think it's because the curlers are very thin, so it gives the effect of straw curls. Pretty neat! On the other hand, my hair is 15 inches at the back and 16 inches on the sides, front and crown. Hope that helps.
