Bought because all the reviews said how comfortable it is. To be honest, the first few weeks were pleasant, but then everything changed. After assembly, the chair has a slight tilt to the side. The slope worsened after a few weeks. It's not much, just under 1/2 inch difference in floor height between the left and right sides. In addition, the chair tilts far forward even when fully reclined. Every time I use the chair, I lower my back. aches and pains in the legs. I'm finally back to my old chair which has fewer adjustments but is way more comfortable. give it back now Lesson learned. From now on I will no longer buy chairs online. It's pretty hard to test when it's in a warehouse a hundred miles from where I live.
