I am a 73 year old breast cancer survivor of almost 9 years and am only 4ft 11" and wear a 3-1/2 XW baby shoe. I was thrilled to find pink Big Kids size shoes that fit me perfectly. It has extra depth so I can use the Alegria insole to protect my legs that have lost muscle due to a chemo side effect. I walk or go to cancer survival classes!
