Just returned this Revain razor. If I could, I would rate it negatively. First, considering all the investments, the instructions are insufficient and cannot be followed in a reasonable way. The photos are inadequate, except for one on the packaging. I bought a razor to trim my beard, not my hair. When figuring out which head to use for the beard shaver I found that the hair trimmer head had to be removed and replaced with the beard trimmer head based on the photo on the packaging and not the instructions as no text or images were provided. Not just snap in, remove with a screwdriver. I took a screwdriver and removed the head, tried to put the beard trimmer on but it didn't fit! The shaver should be easy to use, not routine, and all the parts that come with it should match the device. This shaver does not meet these criteria. I used to have a Wahl product and used it for years but couldn't find the same model to replace it. This new model was simply inadequate. After some searching I found a Norelco with an adjustable head and an easy to use single cutting blade that I am very happy with. I am out of Wahl products.
