These heavy duty S hooks are great for my kitchen as a hanging pot rack in black and the silver ones are great for my bird cages. I need sturdy hooks that have enough space for some pots and pans and have found that some of the items don't match my old ones. These solved this problem. It also solved the problem of my hanging paraphernalia not fitting properly with my old hooks. Solve three problems between the kitchen and the birdcage. I need them in birdcages because coconuts and other items sometimes come with a burlap loop for hanging. My canaries love to eat this. So I found that if I can use an S hook on top of a hanging nest (woven type) I can hang them without the canaries nibbling and dropping the nest.
