This ring light from Razor is perfect for streaming content. There is good, even and consistent lighting with three distinctly different color temperatures. Warm, balanced, and cool white temperatures can help balance out ambient light conditions or create a different mood for streaming. Regardless of the temperature used, the ring diffuser produces balanced subject lighting without hot spots or harsh shadows in most conditions. The backlight quality is excellent for streaming or video conferencing. Light temperature, power and brightness are controlled via a small integrated push button controller on the USB power cable. The brightness control is not stepless, but can be adjusted in steps, but has an excellent range of usable steps from dimmed to full brightness. The kit also includes brackets for central installation of a smartphone, webcam or camera inside the ring. The tripod is the only area where this light kit disappoints. It's made of thin, lightweight plastic that looks and feels cheaper than the tripod that comes with other ring lights that cost under twenty dollars. I would only trust him with the light or if the light and all attachments stay still in a safe environment. In all other circumstances, I strongly recommend a more durable tripod, especially when installing expensive gear in the flashlight.
