Just what I needed

I am in the acting and modeling business so it was very helpful in taking selfies and recording. It offers the adjustable height and stability I need. And the light is very bright and clean, so even illumination.

It's a razor, everything will be fine.

This brand has been expanding with new technology, it's strange to see a games company expanding with things like lighting and stability. But it works, they usually always have good products, I'm a big fan of theirs, computers, keyboards, headsets, it's a great company. But I have to say the customer support has gone down a bit so don't expect the company to be as responsible or good as it was 2 or 3 years ago. Still a great product. I still love the brand.

The best ring light I've ever had.

I had a very cheap video conferencing model and upgraded to this premium model from Razer. I am very impressed. It has a nice, soft, diffused light and is powered by a standard USB connection. The controls are on the cord, so I can turn it on and off at any time without having to hunt for a USB socket or find another random remote around my house. The tripod is light and not without frills, but suitable for a ring light if you want to use it for food photography and the like.

Definitely on the higher end of the ring lamp spectrum

Many ring lamps are made the same way. Not this one. It's a solid build with good brackets that will stand up to constant and regular use. The scattering on it is very good, so no blinding, ugly light. The included tripod isn't quite as high quality as I expected for the price and brand, but it's also not as cheap as others I've tried. It's easy to change the temperature and brightness of the light. Now it isn't. I don't do all the fancy color effects of some of the other ring lights you've…

Good value for a flattering shine

The light is very often harsh and if not adjusted correctly it does not improve it just aggravates dark circles under the eyes and other imperfections that may arise go unnoticed. This light is NOT BRIGHT but very diffuse. I have several ring lights from "professional" sources that cost 4x or more. It's not one of those, but it's not trying to be one. It gives the subject (you?) a bath or flood of light, which is very flattering, and unless you place it over your head, it's hard to screw up…

  • Excellent overall performance

  • Crumpled packaging

Great - great tripod too

This is a fantastic all-in-one kit for streamers and video conferencing attendees. The lantern itself is light, but very well made. It puts out beautiful, even light in a variety of hues and brightness levels (including a creepy fluorescent light that I have no use for). The remote control works flawlessly and easily adapts to a variety of cameras and ambient light conditions. The tripod is an unexpected and essential bonus. If you do a lot of presenting or streaming, you'll need a tripod, and…

Outstanding lighting for live productions

This ring light from Razor is perfect for streaming content. There is good, even and consistent lighting with three distinctly different color temperatures. Warm, balanced, and cool white temperatures can help balance out ambient light conditions or create a different mood for streaming. Regardless of the temperature used, the ring diffuser produces balanced subject lighting without hot spots or harsh shadows in most conditions. The backlight quality is excellent for streaming or video…

If you want a decent home ring light this is the

I have several home ring lights. They range from outright crap to adequate. But so far I haven't found one that makes me completely happy. They don't typically emit a very diffuse light, so the video images they illuminate aren't exactly what you need. Increase the brightness. This ring light from Razer is different. Even at full brightness, the light is completely scattered: the individual LEDs are indistinguishable. As a result, the light evenly illuminates the image, making that light much…
