Review on F150 MotoFab Lifts F15-2.5: Enhanced 2.5 inch Front Leveling Lift Kit Compatible with Ford F150 by Ryan Moran

Revainrating 4 out of 5

More height than expected with baby boost motor

Great product for the money. If I had to do it again I would go with 2" instead of 2.5" since my truck has a baby boost (2.7) engine so I think I have more headroom than I planned. The unloaded truck looks great! She pulls a big boat and squats pretty hard. I plan to add a camper frame and gear during duck season this year, as well as add a spacer in the back to balance the weight so there's not a lot of crouching. Installation was easy if you've ever worked on anything with independent suspension. I had trouble removing and installing the brace even after removing the excess and loosening the underside of the arm. When installing the spacer, be aware that the spacer will move around the screws a little, so don't over-tighten one side. more than the others (which you shouldn't anyway). Press them in the same way. The ride quality is about the same. The only time I notice a difference is when hitting potholes in the road. I am running stock tires for now, in September or October I will switch to 275/70r18 tires to get it looking just right.
