Exceptional Customer Service - Toll Group is amazing!!!
The toll group has been very responsive to my requests for changes made over time as I've learned more about what they do, how it works etc..
They are also always willing meet with us at our convenience in their office or via phone conference if we prefer that way of doing things better than just emails back n forth! Some times when you're dealing w/ large companies like this one there can be communication issues but so far no problems here from me!! Have not had any complaints yet. Great customer service & support team available 24 hrs / 7 days per week- great people workin' hard everyday. !
Pros
- Their willingness (and ability)to cater services around your needs whether its scheduling an appointment during off hours; meeting requirements by emailing documents directly into PDF format without having them sent through USPS mail first..or simply wanting someone else besides yourself who is NOT "tech savvy" involved whenever possible..they have proven extremely helpful throughout every step
