I purchased this item about a week ago using Prime and it arrived 2 days after the expected date. It is in order. After doing my research I noticed several people who had a headset of the same brand and version as me and they all said it worked perfectly. Ok cool let's buy as we need a customized one. After receiving and connecting, my friends and I noticed a very loud echo coming from the mic and the mic played the game audio for the party members (TV WAS OFF). Then noticed that it wasn't fully connected to the adapter. Okay, let's connect everything properly and securely. The sound works now. But no sound. Then you turn it off a bit and the audio works but the echo and audio comes back through everyone's headphones where they can't hear their own stuff like my mic is overtaking them. This is not a good product. Not recommended for Xbox 2.5mm headsets.
