Review on 🧶 Cotton-Covered Houndstooth in Black and White by Edward Perez

I bought this vintage cable to replace the 69 year old wiring in my sewing machine. The new cable exceeded all my expectations. It wasn't easy because my father never allowed me to do anything electrical, it was his department. He was a trained electrician, but luckily he let me watch. It took me a bit of trial and error to figure out what to do, but I remade the original bake-like fork that connects to the sewing machine and pedal. It may not be the original rubber cord that came with the machine, but to me it brings out the vintage look of my 1940's sewing machine as it works like it just rolled off the Singer assembly line yesterday. Date of birth 08/15/1940 by serial number. I added heat shrink rubber to each cut of cord to finish the edges like he would to prevent the fabric cover from unraveling. There are many more years of sewing and quilting ahead of us.
