Awkward and expensive!
There is a lot of heat, but it is very uncomfortable to wear them - you move your head - and they pop out. I would definitely NOT buy them again. Also, they were too expensive! I bought a pair at a flea market for 1.00. They don't roll up but stay open and move with my head.
