This product worked for a while then the coffee filled the basket with water and the water and grounds flew out of the machine and there was water and coffee ground over the counter and in the coffee pot. I contacted the seller and they asked for proof of purchase, model and serial number which I provided them. Then they came back and asked me for a video of what happened. I told them I wouldn't waste any more coffee to give them a video. The seller is just funny. They need to support their product instead of trying to make their customers jump through hoops. Very disappointed!
