I don't write many reviews but felt the need for this item. It's annoying that you have to completely disassemble the device to put it back in the case. If you live in the US and want 10mm dowels, be prepared to look for them and pay a lot more than 3/8" dowels. .They claim a five year warranty but don't give you any contact information with the product. I had to search the internet for an email address to contact them. The 8mm guides on the mount that I received were not properly machined. After several emails back and forth they decided to just ignore me. So if you buy this item, remember you only have a 30-day return policy from Revain. I hope others have better luck than me with this device.
