Very happy with the product and customer service from Snailfly. Simple instructions, easy assembly and quality product. There were no problems installing it on the 2020 Ford Explorer. Fits perfectly and requires no adjustment or adjustment. I had the missing part and after notifying Snailfly I got a response from them very quickly and they sent the missing part IMMEDIATELY. I love it and would definitely recommend and buy it again. Just installed so can't rate durability but they've been auto washed with no issues, they're quiet and I see no reason to question durability.
